Today at school

Today as OK... all the year 8's had to make there CV i have done my title page so far and its looking good. Also my shoulders got sun burnt again, which is bad. After school i went to my brother Liam's basketball game which was a bit boring... they won though. Oh and when i got home i found this really good icon so i had to put it on my blog here it is...PS make sure to read it from the start...

Athletics

Last week we had our school athletics i was so nervous. anyway it was a great day and i ended up coming 1st in sprints, 1st equal in long jump, and 2ND equal in long jump. Which was really good. Now i am going to the interschool athletics which i am not looking forward to at all i am to nervous. I will keep you updated on how it goes though.

Today was fun...

Today we had our school assembly which seemed to go really fast, it was really squashy. We also gave Miss Haverkamp a surprise goodbye party because she is leaving, we gave her presents and ate lots of food is was fun. We also practiced long hump, shot put and discus and sprints relays which was really fun, i love athletics. Also when i got in the hall for school singing Mr R found that we had left Jordan A behind so i had to go all around the school looking for her. School singing was better than last week. At least we didn't have those old crusty songs that bore you to death. Anyway thats all from now!

At School!

Today was really fun at lunch time and play time. Also we did our inquiry Brooke and Georgia are in my group we are inquiring about Internet Safety, one of our wonderings is who is more Internet safe girls or boys ... we found out this information by finding a Internet safety quiz in a magazine and quizzing 5 girls and 5 boys, over all the girls are more Internet safe, which matches our hypotheses! Tomorrow its assembly, i am also on banking. OH and school singing which will be extra dumb! This pic is of my eye... my left eye to be exact, yea i know it has nothing to do with school.....

On the weekend...

My family went to Palmerston North... we visited my Nana, we hired Buzz the ps2 game it was really fun.

We also went to bowlarama (it's an arcade type thing) any way i faced Dad and Liam in air hockey... I bet Dad by miles... but Liam bet me by 1 point.

Haylen played this shoot the basket ball in the hoop thing.. he was pretty good, then i had a turn... i was excellent ... if the aim of the game was to to the ball to bounce of the rim of the hoop!

After that we drove to this mountain bike track because Liam and Haylen wanted to go even though they didn't have a mountain bike... Haylen's bike is about 1 size to Small for him so you should have seen Liam on it lol! what a site.

The weekend was really fun... now we have Friday of as well yay for Labour day!

School singing=BORING

Each week on Friday the whole school goes down to the hall and we sing about 6 or 7 songs... Last year it was Hilarius and fun because my friends and I would stand up and dance and that would get the whole school going, it was awesome fun. well it was fun until we got told off for been immature (that's a word i have heard a lot lately)... now each week me and my friends go down there and its boring... TEACHERS! please pick some more updated or funny songs (because 1 or 2 of the songs at the moment you can't even hear the words!... or i have another idea maby each week 5 or less people from a year 7/8 class could go on stage and dance, sing, or crack some jokes... that would be really fun... and it would actually make everyone want to come to school singing instead hating it. Well if i didn't say it, it wouldn't be said!!!

Basketball!

Hello again... Today i actually had a bad day at school... it felt like beat up Shanae day... The day started to get better though when i watched my little brother Liam (10 yrs) play basket ball for C.S.S he is in the second best team. This is the first year he has played... he was surprisingly pretty good. His team played C.S.S 1. Unfortunately they didn't win. but they didn't lose by much either. Well tomorrow i hope i have a better day at school!

My Day!!!!

Well we just started back at school. Its great to see all of my class mates again... i was even starting to miss maths.... weird i know!

Shout out to all the people in Rm6 C.S.S My fave subject at school is inquiry Georgia Brooke and i are inquiring about Internet safety which will be really interesting i will keep you posted on that!

Oh and the pic that goes with this is of my brother when we went out for Liam's birthday, that's my other brother.... we went rock climbing, bowling, and to the movies! It was fun but remember if you are rock climbing it = dangerous.
